Frankly being a Realtor for 30 years and having homes built for myself and my family. I have had the opportunity to work with many builders personally and vicariously through my real estate clients. You can imagine my experiences. The woman crying, the husband saying "Dianna, do something". If you've built or remodeled you already know many builders tell you how interested they are in your happiness and how easy they are to work with, and then the horror stories begin.

Yes, every builder is interested in building a house. If you are like me, my family, and my clients, we are interested in building a home. It came as a surprise to me that there was a builder that actually cared about me, my family and about our home. I know it doesn't sound right, after all, every builder should care. Do they? Terry Hernandez and the crew at Lakeside Additions far exceeded all of our expectations during the retrofitting of our new home on the golf course at Circle C. They custom-built an office and an outdoor dining room, and installed built-in cabinetry and shelving throughout the house. Terry and his staff were always polite, friendly, on time, and tidy. The cost was well worth our projected budget. We will definitely call Terry again for any future assignments.
